Meals: Tea, coffee, water are included in Seat only and Seat + Bag fares.  A meal with beverage service is included on a Works, premium or business class fare.  Special meals available on Works, premium and business fares and must be pre-requested.
Entertainment: TV shows, music and games with personal seatback screens are ​included in Seat only and Seat + Bag fares, all of this as well as Movies are included in Works, premium and business fares.
Luggage Allowance: No checked baggage is included in Seat only fares, One piece of checked luggage up to 23 kgs and one piece of carry on up to 7 kgs included on other economy fares. Increased allowances apply for higher classes.
